How to generate the group wise compliance report?

Run this report to generate the compliance report cards of your LMS Groups. The report shows various pieces of information for courses and policies assigned to each group. From here you can view:

1. The courses assigned to each group and their completion status, and
2. The policies assigned to each group and their affirmation status.

Steps 

1. Visit Reports
2. Click on GetYou would see the screen shown below.  This is the Group Reports tab. The upper tab shows the group name, active users, assigned courses, and assigned policies for the group.
3. To view group reports, select a group from the Group Name drop-down.

   The screen below is a scroll down of the same page. It shows:

   • The group report for the assigned courses,
   • The group report for the assigned policies, and
   • The completion status for each course and policy for that group.
4. Click Export to download your report.
