LMS Users are visitors who can sign in to the LMS. The Users tab lets you create new user accounts and manage the current ones.
To Access the User tab, click over User in the left side bar. The screen below shows the User tab.
It lists – User name, their email, account status, number of training groups the user’s registered under, and their last LMS access date.
Use the Search bar to find existing user accounts. You can search by name or email and filter active and inactive accounts.
Just enter their user name or Email, and click Search.
Click Advanced Search for using advanced search options.
The screen below shows the advanced search box. You can search with the following options:
- Employee number
- Admin rights
- Account added
- No access since
- Courses not completed
- Policies not signed
