How to modify course subscription?

1. Visit the Users
2. Search and select the user.
3. Click the Actions drop-down in the top right corner, and select Modify Subscriptions.

4. Once you press confirm, you’d see the screen shown below. This is the Modify Subscriptions tab. You can:

   • Clear course bookmarks- Users lose their bookmarks, thus they must restart the course.
   • Change the number of times tests could be attempted.

Clear course bookmarks:

• Check the box against the Bookmark, then
• Select the courses, and
• Click Process.

All course bookmarks have now been removed. The users must restart these courses from the beginning. 

Reset allowed test attempts:

• Check the box against Allowed Attempts.
• Specify the number of times tests could be attempted. Use (-1) for unlimited.
• Select the courses, and
• Click Process.

If (-1) was selected, the users now have unlimited number of attempts to pass a test.
