Administrator can update existing courses with a new version with the Refresh Course function.
NOTE: Refreshing a course DOES NOT affect the compliance data associated with the course. Admins do not lose any of the results for users who completed the course previously.
- Click Courses in the left sidebar.
- Click List Courses.
- Click the Refresh Course button in the top right corner. The screen below is the Refresh Course tab.
- Select the course from the course drop-down.
- Upload the new course Package.
- Update other course details, like version, copyright, etc.
- Click Save.
