You can add account notes to a user's record as needed.
Here's how to add a note:
- From the left menu, go to the Users tab.
- Select the user.
- The screen below shows the Edit User tab.
- Click the Actions dropdown in the top right corner, and select View Activity Log.
You will see a screen as shown below.
- Click the Add history button in the top right corner.
- Add the note
- Once done, click Ok to save your note.
