LMS Admins can download users' course certificates from the assigned courses tab.
- Visit the Users tab,
- Search and select the user
You would see the screen shown below. This is the Edit User tab.
- Click the Actions dropdown in the top right corner, and select Assigned Courses.
The screen below is the User Assigned Courses tab.
- Search Title for the course. If the user has completed the course – the status column would show as completed, and the certificate column would show the download icon.
- Click the download icon to download the user’s certificate.
