How to generate the list of non compliant users?

You can use this report to find which users have: 

• Pending courses, and/or
• Pending policies

1. Visit Reports.

   

2. Scroll down to Users and Groups
3. Select the Get button over the Non compliant Users tile
4. Click the Get button

5. You would see the screen shown below.  This is the Non Compliant Users Report tab. Scroll down to read how you can filter and download this report.

How to filter the non compliant users report? 

You can filter the report by:

1. User Name
2. Courses
3. Policies

How to download the non compliant users report?

1. Click the Export button on the right hand corner of the screen to export/download the report.
