How to edit password and session security settings?

You can configure the following security settings for your learning portal.

You can:

1. Set password strength restrictions
2. Set password expiry date
3. Set-up session time-out for inactive users

How to edit password and session security settings?

1. Click Settings in the Left Sidebar.

   

   The screen shown below is the Settings tab.
2. Click the BASIC LMS SETTINGS tile.You should see a screen as shown below. Scroll down to 'Password Settings'.
3. Select the password strength from the drop-down box
4. Set up the password expire days. Users will be forced to change their passwords once their password expires.
5. Set up Session timeout. Users would be logged out automatically if they remain inactive for the specified time.
6. When done, scroll down, and click Save.
